About FanDuel
Founded in 2009 as a daily fantasy sports site, FanDuel first expanded into sports betting in the US with the launch of a New Jersey sportsbook in 2018.
That year, FanDuel merged with Paddy Power Betfair's US operations and became part of Flutter Entertainment. Flutter is incorporated in Delaware and listed on the London and Irish Stock Exchanges, where it trades under the “FLTR” ticker.
From daily fantasy sports (DFS) to sports betting, FanDuel has evolved into a major player in the market that's accessible to a wide range of consumers through its apps available on iOS, Android, and a web-based desktop platform.
This guide provides the information you need to start betting with FanDuel and better understand the sportsbook's offerings.
