It's telling me that IN Puerto Rico is not working when I was using it about 2 months ago
Game had been stuck in unfinished status with previous winnings removed from balance for over 10 days - supposedly working on it but it's ridiculous that it takes this long. It was reported well before the other global tech issue came up. Still no answers or money returned. Now can't even deposit. The app is a hot mess again lately - and looking real shady. When can we expect these glitches to all be corrected? And yes I have already been in contact with customer care they are no help...ugh.
I've migrated to FanDuel where my lifetime is still negative but only 200 and I actually win just in the past 3 days I've won about $900 on slots. And 6 months prior to this I've been playing bet MGM where I haven't had a amount greater than $9 in winnings I believe they are throttling the winnings and now with their IT problems I've tried to deposit money to play and it has gone through on my card but it's not showing up inside of the application.
