Indiana’s sports betting industry recorded $351.46 million in wagers in June 2025, setting a new high for the month since the state launched legal betting in 2019. Sportsbooks generated $45.34 million in gross gaming revenue (GGR) and $4.31 million in state taxes, driven by a 12.90 percent hold rate, the highest June win rate on record.
The month’s handle was down 18.5 percent from May’s $433.27 million, reflecting the usual summer slowdown once the NBA and NHL seasons conclude. But compared to June 2024, betting volume was up nearly 18 percent, and GGR surged by 49 percent year over year.
