I love Fanatics for sports clothes. I don't like e-mails all the time that has to do with placing bets/pics and such.

I like the sportsbook but... This app has bugs that need to be fixed. Ever since downloading it. it doesn't ever load the daily fantasy page. I'd love to make my free picks but when you click that screen on the Google Pixel 7 the screen just freezes and never loads. I've tried so many times to get around this bug and none work please fix.

The new UI is terrible. After you login to the app. the first tab labeled 'For You' knows none of your preferences and just promotes their new sportsbook and games with a long list of tiles. As you make your way to the 'Shop' tab you'll likely need to login again to what looks like the old version of the app. It's like they just stuck a wrapper on top of the old app in an effort to promote their new sportsbook business. Finally. their line of merchandise is undersized and of poor quality.

Good for the product buying and tracking. Uninstalling as I didn't intend for betting to be part of that experience.

They tried to keep money multiple times after I returned their terribly cheaply made gear

* Edited* The update looks nice but on the Android it kicks you out of the screen you were on if the phone locks thus putting you on the home page. this is very frustrating. Have had this app for years. Customer service is great. great products fast shipping. but please fix this update.

The reason I give this rate is that I forgot my password. I asked for a password reset link to my email. but nothing happened. I talked to one of the supporters about it. and even then. they gave me a reset password. and nothing happened.

I can't login to my account anymore. I was logged in this morning and I got logged out and now it just keeps saying invalid email or password or it says oops something seems to have gone wrong. I really wish I could log in because I want to buy something from this app but it just won't let me login

Fun app for less expensive NHL stuff. I've bought a BUNCH of Kraken Hocky jersies. t-shirts. jackets... Yes. I have a problem! Unfortunately. they just bomb your inbox with all the other sports apparel they have. which I'm sure is great. I'm only interested in hockey teams. tho no NFL.NBA...etc

App legitimately sucks. Youd think with all the money they're screwing out of athletes. they'd have money to run an app effectively so people can simply place a order for their family but i guess thats just another thing you guys do poorly. Overpriced gear and all. Im sick of this app and hate the fact i was asked to get it here. I wont. Trash.

Doesn't work. The update doesn't work. I used the exact same log in from a browser that worked and this app won't work

Great app for anything I can think of (WWE especially). but this beta page either needs to go or get fixed. It won't let me sign in through it. even though I'm able to through the regular tabs.

Returns are a hassle!
