Xhulio Zeneli is a football professional with more than 10 years of experience in football administration, analysis, legal affairs and media. He has served in multiple international roles including football administrative and legal member, football analyst, video scout and football coach. His previous experience includes work as a football lawyer and writer.
Zeneli has managed key football projects including Roma Camp Tirana, ISA Tryouts Tirana and Valencia Camp Tirana, and was a volunteer at the UEFA Europa Conference League Final 2022 held in Tirana. He has conducted detailed player scouting and technical writing, contributing to global platforms with tactical insights and talent development content.
He holds a master’s in international relations from Metropolitan University London and a bachelor’s in law from the University of Tirana, with a focus on sports law. He has also completed multiple FA-certified coaching and scouting qualifications in the UK, including Level 1 and 2 coaching, safeguarding, talent identification and first aid.
Zeneli speaks Albanian, English (C1) and Italian (C1), with basic proficiency in French, and is currently based in Tirana, Albania.
