Since beginning her career in 2015, Froyd has been on the ground for a number of notable NFL and college events, including multiple national title games. One of the most exciting and significant periods of Froyd's football coverage includes LSU football's most recent national title run with quarterback Joe Burrow at the helm, in which Froyd arguably more closely covered Burrow's progression more extensively than any other reporter from start to finish at the college level.
