BetNow Sportsbook Review

28th April 2020

BetNow is a relatively new sportsbook founded in 2016. As most bookies they operate under a Curacao license. Apart from the sportsbook and casino BetNow has a racebook. Basically, if register bettors get access to all three areas at once.

Sports Betting Lines

BetNow offers a pretty nice variety of sports. Bettors may choose from major sports such as football, as well as from more niche disciplines like golf, although the list of niche sports is far more modest. Soccer and basketball are well covered, as well as motorsports. The bookie though lacks exotic offerings. They do have esports and therefore bets are accepted on various games including Dota and Counter Strike. Also make sure you check the racebook. BetNow doesn’t really have a wide offering for props and futures, but instead they offer individual props that can be created in Build Your Props section. Odds here are competitive and as well as their wagering limits.

Bonuses

BetNow offers a great welcome bonus. Bettors receive a 50% sign up bonus upon registration for their future bets on NFL, MLB and college football. Another bonus is the refer a friend bonus which basically means bettors can refer their friends and earn some bonus cash. Make sure to regularly check the promotion page for more event related bonuses.

Deposit & Payout

BetNow has various deposit and withdrawal methods such as: credit and debit card, prepaid cards, Moneygram, Western Union, Bitcoin, Cash MG, Neteller, Skrill. BetNow offers 24/7 customer service and it is quite easy to reach them. The company developed 3 different ways that bettors can use to contact customer service. Bettors can reach them via live chat, phone, or email. Live chat is the simplest of all. There’s a “Live Help” button you can see on the site that connects you with a support agent. BetNow’s customer service can be also reached via phone. Or you can send them an email: support@betnow.eu

Mobile Betting & Site Usability

BetNow’s site looks clean and intuitive. No ads popping up. No trouble navigating the site.

The main menu is on the left-hand side of the website. Right from the main menu bettors can select “In-Play Betting” that will get them to the in-play betting action. You can choose how the odds are displayed in a drop-down menu. They can be in American format, decimal or fractional. Betnow’s mobile app is fast with a nice design. It can be downloaded for iOS and Android.

Conclusion

BetNow is a young sportsbook, and like all young companies they have huge ambitions. You can see it by the early bettors’ reviews that the company didn’t quite start it from the right foot. Nowadays, they have a more precise company policy and therefore a better reputation. However, the company still has room for improvement. First of all, they need to update the sports available. Not just by adding some niche and exotic ones although this would do great too, but simply by expanding the number of sports covered.
